Full description
The Böker Plus Canoe is a sleek, modern EDC knife. Designed by Joe Mangiafico, an old acquaintance in the knife world. The modern design of Joe Mangiafico is inspired by the classic Canoe knife. You open the Canoe with the thumb studs. Once opened, a solid framelock will lock the blade, keeping the blade firmly in place.

When first received, the frame lock wouldn't engage to lock the knife and the action felt stiff. Disassembled, cleaned, lubricated and re-assembled, now everything is in good working order, the knife opens smoothly, the frame lock engages and is solid (no material had to be removed). Everything has been made to a decent standard, could benefit from some chamfering between the frame lock and handle, as when the lock is engaed there's a rough edge. Very happy for the price, blade itself perfectly aligned and plenty sharp. All that let it down was the assembly from factory.
