## Buck Alpha Guide CPM S35VN

The droppoint blade is made from CPM S35VN steel. An American type of powder steel that retains its sharpness well, is stainless and also easy to sharpen. Due to the heat treatment according to the recipe of the legendary Paul Bos this steel is even better than the steel of some other products. The relatively long blade has a high, flat grind makes the blade strong yet razor sharp. Jimping on top of the blade gives you ultimate control when doing precise work.
