## Due Cigni Cookout 1896 handle

Despite the fact that it is a strong handle material we still recommend cleaning it by hand. The dishwasher could dull the plastic in the long run, and it could even tear.

## Due Cigni 1896 collection

The kitchen knives from the Due Cigni 1896 collection were designed by Oreste Frati. In addition to being the owner of Fox Knives, he is a gifted designer.
