## Handles and lid

The Fissler Adamant 28 cm casserole has stainless steel handles and a metal lid. 

## Top-quality CookStar base

In addition to the hard non-stick coating the Adamant collection is enhanced with a famous Fissler CookStar base. The thick, 6 mm base has a high thermal conductivity. The result is that the pans quickly heat up, evenly distribute the heat and also retain it for a long time. This base can be used on all different heat sources. As such, the Fissler Adamant pans can also be used on induction hobs. Because of the thick CookStar base you can easily switch between different heat sources without the bottom warping, something that sometimes happens with less quality pans.

## Why a scratch resistant non-stick coating?

A non-stick coating is incredibly practical. It is easy to clean and nothing will stick to the base as you prepare meals. In time a non-stick coating can become damaged. Parts of the damaged non-stick coating can affect your health if they end up in your food.
