Without the bottom warping, something that sometimes happens with less quality pans. This collection can also be used in the oven.


## Great features


Pans from the Fissler Original Profi Collection are enhanced with steel cold grips. These do not transmit the heat when used on electric hot stoves(electric, induction, ceramic and halogen). So you can just take hold of the handles bare handed. They can heat up on gas stoves (depending on the size of the flame).


The lids of the Original Profi pans are solidly constructed. They seal off all moisture and heat well. A downward dent is also added to the middle of the lid.
