## Top-quality CookStar base


The great aspect of the Original Profi collection is the CookStar base. This base can be used on all different heat sources. This makes the Fissler Original Profi Collection pans also very suitable for induction. This base can not only be used well on induction, you can also easily switch pans with the CookStar bottom between different types of heat sources. Without the bottom warping, something that sometimes happens with less quality pans. This collection can also be used in the oven.


## Practical features


Pans from the Fissler Original Profi Collection are enhanced with steel cold grips. These do not transmit the heat when used on electric hot stoves (electric, induction, ceramic and halogen). So you can just take hold of the handles bare handed. They can heat up on gas stoves (depending on the size of the flame).


The lids of the Original Profi pans are solidly constructed. They seal off all moisture and heat well. A downward dent is also added to the middle of the lid. As such, all condensation will automatically return to the pan, making your food even juicier. It also ensures you are not dealing with a lot of water when you take the lid off the pan.
