This **Fissler Vitaquick 10.0L pressure cooker** is a large and decent pressure cooker and can be used on almost all cooking hobs, including induction. Safety comes first with this pressure cooker. It is enhanced with a number of practical features that make sure you can quickly and safely use this pressure cooker.


## What do you use a pressure cooker for?


You use a pressure cooker when you want to shorten the cooking time of a specific dish. A stew that would take ages to cook will be finished a lot sooner in a pressure cooker, for instance. You will save up to 70% of your time. Also, when cooking vegetables the vitamins are much better preserved. So not only more efficient, also healthier.


This Fissler pressure cooker is enhanced with a perfect seal. The metal edges in the lid perfectly fall over the metal edges on the pan itself. A thick rubber ring ensures that the seal is air and waterproof. When you close the pan you will hear a solid click that tells you the pan is properly sealed off. The safety handle contains an indicator that tells you when the pan is properly sealed.


## Cooking levels


This Fissler Vitaquick pressure cooker is enhanced with two different cooking levels. As such you can cook under very high pressure or use the medium mode. By tempering the heat source at the right time and adjusting it according to the indicator, you can control the pressure for the 2 modes. 


## Indicator


The status indicator will give you a clear overview of the status of the pan. Depending on your preference you can monitor the status with the two white stripes on the indicator.


## Top-quality SuperThermic base


The Vitaquick series distinguishes itself with the SuperThermic base. This base can be used on any heat source. As such the Fissler Vitaquick pressure cookers can also be used on induction. This base can not only be used well on induction, you can also easily switch pans with the CookStar bottom between different types of heat sources. Without the bottom warping, something that sometimes happens with less quality pans.


## Maximum contents


For safety purposes you cannot fill a pressure cooker to the brim. On the inside of the pan you will find an easy measuring scale. Keep the following in mind:




* 3.5L pressure cooker: can be filled to 2.3L

* 4.5L pressure cooker: can be filled to 3.0L

* 6.0L pressure cooker: can be filled to 4.0L

* 8.0L pressure cooker: can be filled to 5.3L

* 10.0L pressure cooker: can be filled to 6.65L
