These **Flytanium CRKT Minimalist Flex** handle scales drastically change the handle of your CRKT Minimalist. Instead of the distinctive finger grooves, the handle is suddenly more like a conventional fixed blade. With just a little bit more space to place your fingers.

Please note: these scales are not compatible with the Wharncliffe version. However, your CRKT Minimalist will still fit in the original sheath with these scales.

These handle scales are made of micarta in the colour blue. Micarta is made of fabric and synthetic resin, and it feels great in hand.

## Tips when installing

Adding new scales or other accessories isn't without risk! To prevent damage to screws and scales, always use suitable screwdrivers and never force anything. We prefer to add a piece of a plastic bag in between the bit and the screw to prevent any damage to the screws. If the screws are stuck, it is important not to force them. Also check the warranty conditions of the manufacturer: for some brands the warranty expires the moment you start working on the knife yourself. You add the scales at your own risk. We are not liable for damages that you may cause to the knife or accessory.

Had an issue with one of the scales being loose but I’m pretty sure it’s the CRKT problem. After a little but of struggle I managed to make the scales hold like the factory ones. You get what you see. A nice way to make your knife unique and more ergonomic. The scale gives you some room for the pinky finger. The scales don’t spoil the sheath retention. The micarta feels great.

Tolle Micarta - Griffschalen für die Minimalist - Serie. Die Handlage verbessert sich gravierend! Die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut. Ich habe die Scales für die Katana - Version verwendet. Die Proportionen des Messers haben sich dadurch, meiner Meinung nach, sehr zum Positiven verändert! Der Preis geht in Ordnung.
