I am a collector of knives, as in i love looking at them and displaying them. The cost of a knife and its value don't concern me as an investment. The knives i purchased are for me to display. The build quality / value is superb. I am sure they would function very affectively as a daily pen knife. I would buy more of these in different patterns designs etc
