The **Kizer October** is a cool EDC pocket knife. The knife was designed by Dmitry Osarenko. This knife was inspired by one of his own designs. This version is a nice affordable alternative of his own handmade knives.

The blade is made from 20CV steel. A premium type of steel you rarely find within this price range. 20CV steel retains its sharpness well, is stainless and very hard. You open the blade with the flipper or the thumb hole. When opened the blade is kept in place by a liner lock.

The handle is made from micarta. Lightweight, but very strong. You can easily carry the knife deep inside your pocket with the deep-carry pocket clip.

En general, es realmente un bonito cuchillo pequeño con buen acero de gama alta y un gran aspecto, pero tiene algunos problemas que hacen que sea un poco difícil dar una buena puntuación.
En primer lugar las cosas buenas. Tiene un gran diseño y las escalas de micarta tienen muy buena textura. La forma de la hoja es buena y el filo es impresionante. Es una navaja muy ligera y debido a su tamaño podría ser una buena navaja EDC.
Ahora algunos problemas que he encontrado en ese cuchillo. La primera pequeña cosa es su color. No sé si es sólo mi modelo, pero no es realmente tan brillante como en las imágenes, yo diría que es más de color burdeos oscuro no rojo. No me importa que como me gusta ese color, pero otros podrían estar decepcionados.
El siguiente problema más grande, su acción y la cerradura. Tiene muy rápido detent liberación y porque su SUPER suave, después de desbloquearlo, que caen hacia abajo y puede morder el dedo cada vez, y es casi imposible apretar el tornillo para agarrar la hoja más difícil como lo hace super suave o super apretado nada entre ella ...
Otra cosa es que tiene un ligero bamboleo de la hoja hacia arriba / abajo, no es grande, pero se puede sentir si se mueve con más fuerza.

Aun asi por su diseño es un buen cuchillo para tener en tu coleccion, especialmente cuando por ese precio tienes acero 20cv

Bin von dem Messer absolut begeistert. 
Die Handlage ist unfassbar gut (10er Hand). 
Der 20CV Stahl gehört zu meinen Favoriten. 
Der Spielfaktor ist sehr hoch, flippen oder Spidyflic sowie auch mit den Daumen öffnen macht tierisch viel Spaß. Der Clip hält das Messer gut in der Hose. 
Der Stahl bleibt sehr lange scharf. 
Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Messer.
