The **Marttiini Tundra CB** is a strong knife for heavy-duty tasks. The handle of this knife is made from cirly birch, a natural and traditional material. Also known as warty birch, this wood has a stunning pattern. The shape of the knife is very modern: the handle is straight, and the steel runs all the way through the handle for extra strength. The hefty full-tang blade is 3.5 mm thick, allowing you to use the knife for demanding cutting tasks such as splitting wood when you're bushcrafting. The blade is enhanced with a satin finish. 

The knife features a scandi grind. The scandi grind, as the name suggests, originates from Scandinavia. The scandi grind has been the standard for ages when it comes to outdoor knives, hunting knives and bushcraft knives. In fact, a large v-shaped edge, without any further frills. A scandi grind is easy to manufacture and easy to sharpen at home. A scandi grind is great for wood work. Because the blade is relatively thick, it is very strong and can handle quite a lot.

## Handle made of curly birch

The handle of this knife is made from curly birch. It's also known as warty birch. This is a natural material, meaning that both the colour and the patterns in the birch wood will be unique to each knife. For this version, the handle is dark, and it has a nice aged look thanks to the finish. 

## Stainless steel blade

The full-tang blade of the Marttiini Tundra CB is made of stainless steel, and it is 3.5 millimetres thick. Full-tang means that the steel runs throughout the entire handle, resulting in a heavier but also a stronger knife. 

## Leather sheath

The Marttiini Tundra comes with a leather sheath. The sheath is black and has a distinct shape. Marttiini's logo has been lasered onto the sheath. The sheath has a leather loop that allows you to attach it to a belt, for example. The red stitching on the edge of the sheath are a stunning detail. The red colour returns in the handle of the knife.
