I purchased the Work Sharp Professional Precision Adjust, and I have to say that it is a phenomenal sharpening instrument, I’ve sharpened several knives to a mirror finish with this piece of equipment. I most certainly would recommend the Work Sharp Precision Adjust to anyone who wants to maintain the quality of their knives, scissors. This peace of kit is top notch.
