The **Medford Praetorian Slim** is a very slim version of the most famous pocket knife produced by Medford Knives. You can clearly see the characteristic shapes of the Praetorian, but in a more EDC-friendly cover. 100% made in the United States, from American materials, in a company run by a veteran.



The CPM S35VN steel blade is enhanced with a hollow grind that was applied by hand. This is a unique feature: only few producers apply a hollow grind by hand. With the thumb slot you can easily open the blade. At first this might take some getting used to. When opened a solid framelock keeps the blade in place. Medford pressed the stop-pin in the blade. As a result it symmetrically leans against the handle. This adds strength. The knife also contains a lockbar stabilizer that prevents the framelock from overstretching.



CPM S35VN is a premium, stainless type of steel. For years this has been one of the most popular types of steel on the market. It is, for stainless steel, rather tough and relatively easy to sharpen.


Medford enhanced this version with a titanium handle with a face and flamed finish. The blade is enhanced with a black PVD coating.
