The Miyabi 6000MCT Santoku is an excellent knife from its very ergonomic handle that sits in your hand just so. A blade thats shaped to fit into the handle so it provides a smoothly rounded pinch point to wrap your finger around to provide perfect control of the blade at all times. The back of the blade has a good width that tapers down through its multiple layers of hardwearing micro-carbide SG2 core to deliver an extremely sharp durable edge. The handle is made from beautiful pakka wood that is riveted together using a stunning multi part metal rivet. The blade is highly polished and plated in nickel and stainless steel with a hammered finish. The hilt is engraved with Japanese script which is a uniquely beautiful touch. So you get a fantastic practical knife, that also looks stunning.
