The **Pohl Force Tactical Nine** is a robust survival knife made for professional use, designed by Dietmar Pohl. The Tactical Nine was inspired by the Pohl Force MK-9. Designed for the Last Blood film. The final installment of the five-part series about former Green Beret soldier John Rambo.

The Tactical Nine is more compact. The knife is no less than 200 grams lighter than the MK-9 and the blade is 3 cm shorter. As such the Tactical Nine is a little more user-friendly and more comfortable to carrry. The full-tang blade is made from D2-steel. A tough type of steel that retains it sharpness for a long time. Very long even! Do, however, clean it after peeling an apple: D2 is not completely stainless. Pohl Force solved this problem by adding a black coating to the knife. Pohl Force used solid G10 for the handle. The G10 handle is enhanced with nice facets that offer enough grip. The finger groove at the start of the blade offers you the possibility of holding the knife a little closer to the edge for the more detailed tasks.

In terms of construction for the handle 'hollow' screws were used that are so characterizing for Pohl Force's work. Easy to tighten with a coin, to make sure you don't need special tools in the field. The holes in the screws also enable you to pull a piece of paracord through. To, for instance, turn your knife into a spear.

The sheath is made from robust and lightweight kydex. You can carry the knife on your belt with the nylon belt loop. The sheath is also enhanced with an elastic leg strap you can tie around your leg. This strap ensures the sheath is not dangling from your belt.
