The **Real Steel H7 Snow Leopard** is a large and solid pocket knife, designed for heavy-duty use. It is striking how incredibly smooth this backlock knife moves. When you open and close it you definitely notice that it is perfectly assembled.


Because of its size and decent production quality you can use this knife intensively. Cutting cardboard to size will be child’s play, but also cutting feather sticks will be a piece of cake.


The H7 Snow Leopard can easily be opened with one hand. When opened the backlock will block the blade. On top of that lock you will find a secondary detent that will help you lock the backlock. As a result the Snow Leopard suddenly has the strength of a fixed knife, even though it is still a pocket knife. That second detent might be a little difficult to find at first. However, when you look closely at the hole that has room for a lanyard you will see a button. Pull the lanyard and the lock is activated, slide it back and you can once again control the backlock.


In terms of materials Real Steel chose the proven classics. G10 for the handle and Sandvik 14C28N for the blade. Materials everyone has agreed upon for years: great stuff. Low maintenance, high user-friendliness.

Relatief grote folder, met mooie dubbele blokkering. Hier was ik niet van op de hoogte  tijdens de aanschaf, maar was dus leuke meevaller. Ben zelf best fan van deze staalsoort en deze voldoet aan de verwachtingen. Zeer scherp geprijsd!

Super compagnon au quotidien, bien en main, poids idéal.

Fantastisch mes!!! Komt vlijmscherp uit doosje. Ligt goed in de (rechter)hand. De uitsparingen voor de vingers sluiten perfect aan. De gesatineerde G10 is prettig om voelen. Moest even oefenen maar het mes is nu makkelijk te openen met duim in één enkele beweging. De extra beveiligde backlock geeft mij een super veilig gevoel. Het voelt zwaar en robuust aan,prettig!

Twee punten van kritiek maar niet op mes. 
1-De pocketclip moet weg (speciaal gereedschap?) ik ben hier geen voorstander van.
2-Het mooie doosje is ontsierd door een klever met barcode. Kan niet verwijderd worden zonder schade
