The **Robert Herder straight classic bread knife** follows in the footsteps of Robert Herder's famous mill knives. The serrations move smoothly through all kinds of bread, whether it's a soft-crusted loaf or a hard-crusted baguette. This knife isn't just limited to bread, though. The serrated blade can also be used to cut pies and cakes, as well as hard fruits and vegetables. 


The pure stainless steel blade is sharpened by hand according to the traditional German "Solinger Dünnschliff" principle. The result is a razor-sharp knife. The handle is made from red beech wood, seamlessly attached to the blade with three rivets.

Zusätzlich zum Hamburger Brotmesser eine gute Ergänzung um härtere  Krusten zu schneiden.  Schlicht und einfach funktional. Schön dünn ausgeschliffen und sehr scharf ab Werk. Macht genau was es soll und liegt dabei angenehm in der Hand. Genau das hab ich bei einem Windmühlenmesser erwartet.
