The **SureFire Maximus HS3** is a rechargeable head torch with a light output of no less than 1000 lumens (1.5 hours). Is the beam too bright? Switch back to 1 lumen (550 hours), or any other level in between. This powerful head torch is great for rescue teams, outdoor enthusiasts and other demanding users.

The SureFire Maximus HS3 is a head torch you can control with the help of the robust, ridged button on the side. Even while wearing gloves you can easily turn the button with one hand. You can easily turn it in any position you prefer, because it can be tilted 90 degrees.

The SureFire Maximus HS3 uses a powerful LED light with a reflector for a broad, diffused beam. As such you have a natural field of view. The SureFire Maximus HS3 derives its power from the integrated rechargeable lithium-ion battery. You can check the status of battery on the head torch itself. As such you always know what to expect. The SureFire Maximus HS3 comes with a car charger and wall charger (4 different international chargers).

The SureFire Maximus HS3 is made from strong magnesium and enhanced with a comfortable headband. The headband is made from non-abrasive material and is finely woven. In addition, the headband is enhanced with a moisture repellent Breathe-O-Prene® forehead pad.

Delighted with this product. I have the Surefire Minimus which is a great head torch, but I wanted a rechargeable device with more output.  The Maximus has the capability of 1000 lumen.  All Surefire products are built to a high standard and have an great warranty.
