The **WE Knife Yakula Blue & Black Carbon fibre utility knife** is a modern kitchen knife with a bold design. The knife is lightweight and has relatively small blade. As such it is great for the smaller tasks in the kitchen such as finely chopping onions, garlic or herbs. Because of the remarkable design of this knife you can, however, also use it as a steak knife!

## WE Knife Yakula blade

The blade is made from CPM S35VN-steel. A stainless type of steel that retains its sharpness for a long time and is easy to sharpen. The knife has a flat grind that is relatively thin at the edge. As such the knife is razor-sharp.

## WE Knife Yakula handle

The remarkable handle is comprised of little pieces of carbon steel, blue plastic and synthetic resin and is enhanced with a titanium bolster. The handle is nice and narrow, making the knife lightweight. As such the whole feels flexible. The stunning mosaic pin in the handle completes the whole.

Please note that knives are almost always sharpened by hand, even in factories. This value is therefore only an indication of a single tool measured by us.
