A great knife, I use it daily. I’m so impressed with the service from knives and tools this is my 5th order and they continue deliver first class products in a timely fashion and at a great price.

I'm left handed. tryimg to cut sweet potato or anything tick makes blade go right. Blade is does not go smoothly( very tick). I have victorinox knife same time and it's much better plus only cost 40 euro.

Well, what can say. I purchased this knife for slicing meat after having seen it on TV. However, I am so pleased with it that I'm actually using it for everything. It is really balanced and super super sharp. I can't recommend this slicer enough, brilliant.

Everything you would expect from a wustoff knife. cant fault it. Have been using Wustoff for a long time would rarely buy anything else feels comfortable well balanced would highly recommend
