Lekker mes om mijn set te complementeren. Ligt lekker in de hand en snijdt tomaat uiteraard uitstekend :-) 
Verzorging van bestelling zoals vanouds: keurig en vlot; ook de communicatie over de gravering. 

Het tomatenmes is niet goedkoop, maar het licht zeer prettig in de hand en het glijdt als her ware door het te snijden produkt heen.

Hierbij ook een kompliment voor de firma voor zowel de vlotte aflevering en de wel zeer goede verpakking. Kommentaar overbodig.

Het is een prima aanvulling op de keukenmessen die ik reeds heb. Zelfs de zachtste tomaat blijft heel. Echt een aanrader voor tomatenliefhebbers!

Een heel fijn mes. Ik vind het lemmet echter erg lang; dat had van mij 2 cm. korte mogen zijn

Ik had er al één voor kerst gekregen en wist niet zeker of zo'n duur mes nou wel iets toe zou voegen. Dat deed het wel. En toen het waarschijnlijk met een krant vol schillen in de prullebak is verdwenen heb ik gelijk zelf een nieuwe besteld.

We measure the sharpening angle ourselves. This value is the angle per side.  So 20º means that the total angle of the edge is 40º. Please note that knives are almost always sharpened by hand, even in factories. This value is therefore only an indication of a single tool measured by us.
