This **Wüsthof Silverpoint bread knife 20 cm** is indispensable when cutting bread. From hard to soft crusts, from soft buns to baguettes. This bread knife can do it all! However, you can also use this all-round bread knife to cut cakes or a large piece of celeriac.


The blade is made from stainless steel and the ergonomically shaped handle is made from a top-quality type of synthetic plastic. Very hygienic and it offers you extra grip as you cut wet products. The plastic also ensures that the knives are dishwasher proof, but we do not recommend cleaning them in the dishwasher.

## Wüsthof Silverpoint collection


The blades of the knives from the Silverpoint collection are cut from a single sheet of X50CrMoV15. This remarkable production process ensures that these knives are, in comparison to other Wüsthof collections, very affordable. Because of the plastic handles the knives weigh next to nothing. This is an advantage for any amateur chef, but also if you are planning to use the knife for a longer period of time. Because the knives are light-weight and razor-sharp they are easy and amazing to use!

Very sharp. Added to similar set already in my possession.

I didn't want to spend too much on a bread knife as I only need at most once a week. Silverpoint is the cheaper (and perhaps more inferior) range from Wustof. Great knife at the price and great service from Knives & Tools
