The **Böker Magnum Advance** knives are tough pocket knives with a great price-quality ratio. With a 8 cm 440C-steel blade these knives are perfect for daily use. 440C steel is a famous decent type of stainless steel that has been used by Böker for years. Is the blade starting to get blunt? Don't worry, 440C steel is easy to sharpen!

 The handle is made from plastic, mounted on solid steel liners. The plastic handle feels great in hand and offers you a lot of grip. Because of the ridged on the spine of the handle it won't easily slip from your hand during use. These ridges are also placed where the thumb rests. As such you have a lot of control over the knife when you use it.

 When opened the blade is locked by a liner-lock mechanism. This is a steel liner which blocks the blade to make sure it cannot close. With a tip-down pocket clip you can easily carry the Böker Magnum Advance on your pocket. As a result you will always have your pocket knife close. Rather carry it on your belt? No problem at all! This pocket knife comes with a solid nylon sheath.

Bon couteau pour travailler dans la ferme. 

Het is een mooi mes om te zien. De kleine(re) afmeting is zeer geschikt voor in de broekzak. Echter voelt het mes wat goedkoop aan. Het kunststof handvat lijkt erg plastic-achtig. Ook vind ik het lemmet wat los en met veel speling aan het handvat zitten. Prima mes voor huis-tuin en keukenzaken zoals een envelop openen. Maar dit mes gaat bij gebruik outdoor waarschijnlijk snel kapot.

In het begin was het even leren als je het mes heb open geklapt. Hoe duw je hem weer terug.  Als het mes open is zit er in het midden een soort van laat ik het een vorkje noemen.  Die knijp je bij elkaar en dan kan je het mes dicht duwen.  Het is een mooi compact mes niet te duur en toch hoge kwaliteit
