The **Cold Steel Bird & Game** is a light-weight hunting knife, designed for cleaning small game and birds. Especially for this purpose it is key you have a thin and pointed blade at your disposal.



The handle is remarkably shaped. The middle part is very slim and at the end of the handle you will find a large ring you can put your finger through. As such you will have a lot of control over the knife as you use it, especially with pulling movements.



The Cold Steel Bird & Game comes with a Secure-Ex sheath with neck cord.

Ein gutes Messer passend zur Produktbeschreibung. Für den Preis erwartet man keine Perfektion. Wie lange die verklebten Griffschalen halten wird sich mit der Zeit herausstellen. Dass die ColdSteel Messer ab Werk Rasiermesserscharf kommen ist eine nette Übertreibung. Der Stahl lässt sich aber selbst durch den Laien erstklassig schärfen.

Insgesamt erfüllt das Messer alle Erwartungen.

Sehr feines und cooles Messer. Es ist sicherlich nicht für grobe Arbeiten wie z. B.: battoning gedacht, aber super geeignet für feine Schneidaufgaben. Der griff passt sehr gut in meine eher grossen Hände, die Schneide ist nicht zu klein, dabei aber sehr leicht, dünn und wurde extrem scharf geliefert. Das Messer kommt in einer Plastikscheide, die durch die seitlichen Löcher für viele versch. Trageweisen adaptiert werden kann. Ich werde es als Neck-Knive verwenden. Zur Haltbarkeit kann ich noch nichts sagen, aber es macht auf Grund seiner simplen Konstruktionsweise einen sehr stabilen Eindruck, wobei man bedenken muss, dass es keine Machete ist, sondern ein Messer für feine Aufgaben.
