Brilliant scissors. I bought a variety of premium scissors to help my elderly parents in the kitchen. These best all of them and were the cheapest by far. Can chop through meat and poultry no problem. The two halves are easily separated for cleaning.

Over-engineered, general-purpose scissors with titanium-coated blades and a large metal hinge. These are heavy and precise and make that ‘snik’ sound that is to scissors what that ‘clunk’ sound is to high-end German cars. Tired of scissors breaking (these claim to cut light rope), usually the plastic elements (hinge or handle) go and these won’t, going by feel. Bought 2 pairs because the other problem is scissors go missing; With these, once they have been tried, that will be even more likely.
