The **Fox Black Fox KIT** is a mini pocket knife for those who prefer compact tools. Because of its size the Fox KIT is also great as a back-up pocket knife. For in your EDC pouch, for instance. No matter how you look at it, you always have enough room for the KIT.



The sheepsfoot style blade is made from decent 440C steel. A type of steel you can easily sharpen. The scale is made from G10 and offers enough grip. You open the Fox KIT with the thumb hole after which a framelock will lock the blade when opened. Despite its size you can easily carry the KIT on your pocket. The knife is namely enhanced with a relatively large pocket clip.

Zeer leuk mesje. Goed afgewerkt. Scherp als een scheermes. Wel iets te veel ruimte tussen lemmet en schalen naar mijn smaak, wat dunnere lagerringen en schalen wat dichter bij elkaar. Of een dikker lemmet. :-) Gezien de prijs is dat zeer goed te overkomen.

Gewoon een grappig mesje waarmee je niemand de stuipen op het lijf jaagt.
Netjes afgewerkt. Klein en licht. Kan in elke broekzak in elke situatie.
De schalen staan iets te ver van elkaar af voor de dikte van het lemmet, een paar tienden dikker was mooier geweest. Prijs/kwaliteit hoe dan ook uitstekend.

Onverwacht leuk voor het geld. Niet het beste staal (440c is echt budget), niet de beste afwerking (de clip op mijn model is er niet netjes ingeschroefd en daardoor gedeformeerd/verbogen), lemmet niet gecentreerd en zeker niet vlijmscherp, maar desondanks erg solide gevoel in de hand, met meer gewicht dan ik had verwacht. Het design is ook erg aantrekkelijk, vind ik. Je kunt hem niet flippen, maar hij opent soepel en sluit met een solide klik. Voor twee tientjes een prima, relatief klein mes waar je, als je je verwachtingen bijstelt, je geen buil aan kunt vallen.
