This **Shapton Glass Stone grain 3000** is a sharpening stone that will help you sharpen all your knives. With this sharpening stone you make sure your knives become even sharper than they were upon delivery. The sharpening stone sharpens quickly and evenly. Which is exactly what we're looking for from a high-quality sharpening stone. Contrary to what you might expect from the name, the glass doesn't do the sharpening. You sharpen on a high-quality Japanese whetstone. A layer of tempered glass is attached to this to prevent bending. 

This stone is suitable for sharpening almost all types of knives. From outdoor knives to kitchen knives, from pocket knives to chisels. Amazing stone, splash and go is a game-changer. Would recommend to anyone serious about keeping their knives razor sharp.

I chose it after a long research on the internet, because is cheaper than Kramer by Zwilling #5000. The stone is Splash and go, it has a good feedback and speed. Clean sharpening and nice finish. Used after a Zwilling 250 / 1000 whetstone.
