I’ve used it with both my Shapton 1000 and a cheaper combo stone, and it grips them securely without slipping, thanks to the rubber feet. Ease of Use: Setting it up is a breeze—just adjust the screws to fit your stone and place it on a flat surface or over a sink. I love that I can use it on my counter without worrying about a mess, though I haven’t tried the sink setup yet. Cleaning is simple: rinse it off and dry to prevent rust. Nice holder, stones stays in same positions.. they don't move and even holder is standing where I put him.. better than cheap bamboo holders
