The **Spyderco Tenacious C122GP** is an ideal pocket knife for everyday use. Ergonomic Spyderco design, for an amazing price. Over the past years the Spyderco Tenacious has grown out to become one of the most popular pocket knives in the world.


You can easily open the blade with one hand by using the characterizing thumb hole, also called the *Spydiehole*. When opened the blade is kept in place with a solid liner lock which prevents the blade from closing during use. At the same time you unlock the liner lock with one hand when you are done using the knife.


## Spyderco Tenacious: excellent ergonomics


The Tenacious feels amazing in hand. Father and son Glesser, owners of Spyderco, know exactly what makes a great knife. It doesn’t have to be comprised of the most complicated materials but the design needs to be right. It is exactly what makes the Tenacious such an amazing knife.


However, this doesn’t mean that money was saved on the materials. On the contrary. Spyderco uses G10 for its handles. An extremely strong and sustainable composite material made from synthetic resin and glass fibres. It will offer you enough grip but will never be too much in terms of looks. To enable you to carry it around in your pocket this knife comes with a pocket clip which can be attached to the knife in four different ways. As a result anyone is able to attach it a way they feel is best.


In terms of steel Spyderco chose 8Cr13MoV steel. This is a stainless type of steel which can easily be sharpened. A great advantage when you use the knife on a daily basis.

De tenacious is een uitstekend mes , vooral in deze prijsklasse.
Hij is niet te groot , vlijmscherp, goede lock up,  ligt goed in de pocket(je merkt niet dat je hem bij je hebt) 

Al met al een zeer fijn mes van een zeer goede kwaliteit 

Goed mes. Uitstekende bouwkwaliteit. Prima afwerking. Mes wordt scherp aangeleverd. Door de specifieke vorm, in het echt iets groter dan ik had verwacht, maar dat went snel. Openen (eenhandig) gaat na enige oefening snel en soepel, sluiten idem, maar doe ik voor de (vinger)veiligheid meestal met twee handen. Solide blokkade na opening. Kortom prima aankoop.

Was op zoek naar een Spyderco maar wou niet het dure van het duurste gezien ik het mes veel op het werk gebruik. Het mes komt scheer scherp uit de doos en ligt lekker in de hand. Snelle verzending. Ik zou deze zeker aanraden.
