This **Spyderco Paramilitary 2** is an amazing pocket knife that is produced in the Spyderco factory in Golden, Colorado, USA Earth. As befits Spyderco the finish is sublime. It opens easily and the famous Compression Lock, designed by Spyderco founder Sal Glesser, is very solid and easy to control.

The blade of the Spyderco Paramilitary 2 is made from CPM S30V-steel. A stainless type of steel that is very popular amongst enthusiasts. With a very thin grind, a perfect *slicer*.

## Spyderco Paramilitary 2: an ergonomic success story.

Spyderco produces knives that should be used not looked at. And yet the Paramilitary 2 is amazing to look at. At the same time, however, the ergonomics are amazing as well. Designer Sal Glesser knows really well what works and what doesn't, you can tell when you look at this successful model.

Deze Spyderco is de opvolger van mijn vertrouwde versie die ik in der tijd met CPM S30V staal had.

De verschillen maken het een echte update: CPM-S45VN staal voor meer roestbestendigheid en nu zijn ook de internal liners en compression-lock zwart (was daarvoor in de oude uitvoering niet het geval, toen waren de internal liners en de compression lock nog in satin uitvoering...).

Erg tevreden met de nieuwe aanwinst !!
