With the **Benriner Catch mandolin** you can easily slice your vegetables or cut them into julienne strips. The Catch is made from ivory-coloured plastic and features a practical and hygienic collection tray. 

The original Japanese Benriner mandolin can be adjusted very quickly to the desired thickness. With the screw on the bottom, you can quickly adjust the cutting height between 0.5 and 5 mm. It's that easy! The included finger guard ensures that you can cut without risk of injury. The pins in the protector hold the vegetables firmly in place.

The Benriner mandolin stands firmly on your kitchen counter thanks to its non-slip feet. As such, the mandolin won't shift around as you're cutting. The Benriner mandolin Super comes with 3 blades (1 mm, 3 mm, and 7 mm) that are placed vertically and can be used to cut julienne strips. This simply means that you cut narrow strips.
