This Boska table grater mini oak is very versatile and contains three different grating surfaces. Each of these surfaces has a different coarseness. Both large flakes and small shavings are no problem. It looks great on your table and is easy to use: place the base on the table, hold the grater with one hand and use the other to move the cheese over the blades. The grated cheese will fall down on the inside.
The Boska table grater mini oak is enhanced with a stainless steel blade and a handle made from European oak wood. This wooden handle provides you with more grip and makes the grater look more natural. With this grater you decide how coarse you wish to grate your cheese: larger flakes, finely grated shavings or fine powder. Always wash the grater by hand after use. The oak wood is namely not dishwasher proof.
Advantage of grating cheese yourself
Why grate yourself if the supermarket around the corner sells bags with the same product? Simple: even though the latter is an easier option, it is most certainly not the most delicious. When you grate yourself you add oxygen to the cheese. This matures the cheese which is better for the overall flavour. In addition, the cheese will be less dry when you grate it yourself. As real cheese enthusiasts ourselves we know which option we prefer!
