The Civivi Lumi C20024 is a practical EDC pocket knife, designed by Justin Lundquist. Compact, lightweight and with a minimalist design. At first glance you don't even see the opening mechanism. Until you take a closer look and see a subtle protrusion with grip serrations. A front flipper. But a very discrete one. As such you can open it quickly. A liner-lock locks the blade when opened.

Very nice little gentleman folder, very elegant, tactile, fidgety, but still very practical and usefull. Minimalistic design resembles Scandinavian style knives a lot. The blade is very thin and great slicer though splinter picking point can be pretty fragile. Rounded spine feels great under the thumb and adds to unobtrusive smoothness of the lines. As usually, I would prefer uncoated blade, but grippy micarta scales makes it easy choice for me. Folded knife is very symmetrical and it took few hours to build muscle memory based on clip position and to stop trying to open it to the wrong side. After that minimalistic front flipper works perfectly and is great fun to use. Great choice for either casual fifth jeans pocket or for inner pocket of suit jacket.
