Compact v-slicer with v-shaped cutting surface for perfect slices.

This **GEFU Violi** is a useful slicer for slicing vegetables. The V-slicer/mandolin has a cutting surface with five different adjustable cutting sizes: from 1 mm to 5 mm. As such you are the one to decide how thick the slices should be. To not put your fingers at risk the V-slicer comes with a finger guard/pusher. This pusher will help you to easily move the vegetable over the slicer. As such you will always come up with great results.


The base of the GEFU Violi V-slicer is enhanced with two non-slip feet to prevent the slicer from sliding while using it. The Violi is made from ABS-plastic with stainless steel blades and blades made from Japanese steel. Completely dishwasher-proof, so you can easily clean the entire V-slicer in your dishwasher.
