The **Lion Sabatier Ysis Steak knife set** contains four elegant steak knives with an ergonomic handle. The knives have a traditional design, but are made from modern materials.


The handles fit seamlessly with the blade and are made from POM. A very sustainable and maintenance-friendly type of plastic. Because of the flowing lines of the scales the steak knives feel great in hand. The black colour ensures that the knives are an elegant addition to every dinner table. The stainless steel rivets ensure the scales stay in place.


The blade of these knives is made from one piece of stainless 5CrMoV15 steel which runs throughout the entire handle. These steak knives are not enhanced with serrations. As such they will easily cut through meat and are easy to sharpen!
