The **Reate Bushido** is a cool, top-quality EDC pocket knife. When you look at the lines on the blade you immediately recognize the Japanese influences. The typical Kwaiken shape. But slightly higher. The sleek contours ensure that you hardly notice this knife in your pocket. Because this knife is not enhanced with finger grooves or any other unnecessary details you can also easily pull something else from your pocket as you move over the knife. Something not everyone thinks about.



Anyone who has heard of Reate knives knows that the quality if more than excellent. Worldwide there are few manufacturers who can match Reate's level of finishing a knife. The liners are made from strong titanium and enhanced with micarta scales. The micarta is made from burlap and exactly that coarse texture leaves behind a nice pattern on the scales. Reate polished the micarta to such an extent that it might look coarse, but it certainly isn't.



The blade is made from Böhler M390 Steel. An amazing type of steel that retains its sharpness well. The flat-grind ends up in a thin edge that is amazing to use. All in all the Reate Bushido is a modest knife, made from luxurious materials and enhanced with an excellent finish.
