The **Robert Herder straight classic peeling knife carbon, blue, 8.5 cm** is a colourful peeling knife you can use to peel vegetables and fruit or for other small tasks in the kitchen. The knife is sharpened by hand in Solingen. You can believe us when we say that this knife is razor-sharp upon delivery.

 To produce a thin knife you need, in addition to craftsmanship, a strong type of steel. This is the reason that (non-stainless) carbon steel is used instead of weaker stainless steel. Rinse it off after use and dry it to make sure the knife doesn't start to rust.

Tja, gewoon het allerbeste schilmesje dat er is! Vlijmscherp, en het kunststof handvat ligt net wat lekkerder in de hand, en is beter schoon te houden dan die met een houten heft.

Ich brauchte ein paar neue 8,5cm Kneipchen von
Robert Herder (Windmühlen-Messer).
Habe gleich die gesammte Farbpalette bestellt.
Die Kunststoffgriffe der Messerchen sind sehr einfach zu reinigen dadurch äußerst hygienisch. 
Die Schneidperformance ist 1a, alle Messer sind nagelgängig und leicht wieder auf Topschärfe zu bringen.

Eine absolut klare Empfehlung...
was auch für die gesammte Abwicklung  durch Knives and Tools gilt.
