The handle is made from Brazilian hardwood and Brazilian cherry wood. This ensures that the handle stays cool to the touch and you don't get burned. ## Maintaining the Tramontina Churrasco carving knife

This carving knife need to be cleaned by hand. You can use a mild detergent. Before you store the knife, it is important to dry it thoroughly. This prevents damage to the wood. You don't just put Tramontina barbecue accessories in the kitchen drawer. It isn't practical due to the long handle, and it can also damage the stainless steel.
