My wife, being an excellent and adventurous cook, is keen to build up a collection of Wusthof Standard chef’s knives after I paid for her to go on a fish preparation course at River Cottage a couple of years ago. Her first present from a relative after saying she would like a fish filleting knife, was a Wusthof bread knife! Not what she was expecting! The next purchase will be a 16cm chef’s knife which I will get as a present in the near future.
