I have one of these knives in each of my houses and my son in law asked for a second one for his holiday home. It is the best knife for slicing tomatoes or generally in the kitchen if you have arthritic hands.

Very good knife, I would have preferred it to be heavier as it is light. But generally a good buy. This company by far had the most competitive price.

Purchased this knife to make use of its serrated edge, making fruit, vegetable and 'sausage' preparation quick and easy. Together with Utility, Paring and Chefs knives, food preparation is swift, safe and a pleasure. These knives are seriously sharp and appear to be very well made with an exceptional "feel". I would recommend these knives with no hesitation.
