This **Wüsthof honing steel 4474, 32 cm** is the perfect tool for quickly sharpening your kitchen knives before use. Before using your knife, drag it along the honing steel a few times and flatten out the burrs that appeared during previous use. Please note: a honing steel doesn't sharpen your knife, as it doesn't remove any material. Honing steels are used for minor daily maintenance of your knives.
