The **Wüsthof Silverpoint boning knife 14 cm** is, because of its flexible and low blade, perfect when removing meat from bones, cutting slices or removing tendons from a piece of meat.


The blade is made from stainless steel and the ergonomically shaped handle is made from a top-quality type of synthetic plastic. Very hygienic and it offers you extra grip as you cut wet products. The plastic also ensures that the knives are dishwasher proof, but we do not recommend cleaning them in the dishwasher.

## Wüsthof Silverpoint collection


The blades of the knives from the Silverpoint collection are cut from a single sheet of X50CrMoV15. This remarkable production process ensures that these knives are, in comparison to other Wüsthof collections, very affordable. Because of the plastic handles the knives weigh next to nothing. This is an advantage for any amateur chef, but also if you are planning to use the knife for a longer period of time. Because the knives are light-weight and razor-sharp they are easy and amazing to use!

Prima uitbeenmes dat ik besteld heb nadat er een dode haas op mijn pad gekomen was. 
Eenvoudig doch doelmatig heft (ik wist dat dit de eenvoudigste uitvoering van Wüsthof was) en een prima flexibel, dun en scherp lemmet. 
Ik slaagde erin het haas te ontvliezen en de ledematen los te krijgen. Geen spijt van deze aankoop.

Ik heb dit mes gekocht als cadeau, uiteraard zelf nog wel even naar gekeken voor ik het cadeau gaf. Leek mij een goed mes met een goeie prijs kwaliteits verhouding. Ik ben zelf Sl jaren kok, dus in denk er wel redelijk verstand van te hebben. 

Relatief goedkoop mes van goede kwaliteit.
Zelf goed te slijpen tot scheermesscherp.
Lemmet is iets flexibel wat een groot voordeel is bij het uitbenen. Hierdoor snijdt het mooi langs de gewrichten.
