Think of your standard Chinese chef's knife with that "weight". Now add a razor sharp blade that doesn't dull quickly. That's what this is. Heavy and sharp... excellent for slicing through the vegetables. It's nicely balanced too.

Seriously good chopper. I use pinch grip pretty much all the time when I’m cutting and the Zwilling Pro series is made for that. Knives and Tool online shop has to be one of the best shops I’ve used too, very fast delivery and no fuss. Perfect
