I have to say, it might not look special but it out performs knives at more than twice the price, sharp as a razor with a blade that holds an edge. It just the job, day after day with out fuss.

These are my favorite knives in the world! They stay sharp and cut smooth and clean every time. It is the only knife my family uses in our kitchen, even for cutting large veg like butternut and squash!
