Benchmade Meatcrafter 4050-02 Stonewashed CPM-154, Maple Valley Richlite Black G10, hunting knife

The Benchmade Meatcrafter 4050-02 Stonewashed CPM-154, Maple Valley Richlite Black G10 is a hybrid hunting knife. It's made for outdoor use, to gut game while hunting, but it's also great in the kitchen to process the meat. To make the Meatcrafter even sharper, Benchmade used their SelectEdge sharpening method on this knife. This means that the edge is sharpened at a 14-degree angle for optimum sharpness. The blade is only 2 mm thick and has a fillet-style blade shape.
