The Microplane Elite Grater, medium, is elegant, practical and a sustainable accessory for your kitchen. The Elite grater is made of strong stainless steel and provided with a transparent cover. Not only does this cover function as protection for your grater, you can also rotate and use it as a convenient tray for your grated food.

Bon produit, solide et efficace.
Utilisé pour râper du Comté au dessus de l'assiette = formation de superbes copeaux frisés.
Attention à ne pas se râper les doigts, la lame est bien tranchante.

Die Schärfe der Reibe ist ohne jeden Tadel. Wir haben diese Ausführung deswegen gekauft, weil an den Standardreiben der Chromrand am Griff nicht haltbar ist und sich die Reibe nach einigen Jahren aus dem Griff löst. Warum Microplane an diesem Modell jedoch in der restlichen Verarbeitungsqualität so sehr spart, ist völlig rätselhaft! Die Kunststoffeinfassung des Blechs wirkt billig, hat scharfe Grate und passt nicht überall genau. Der mitgelieferte Schneidenschutz versagt deswegen, weil er völlig unzureichend vorgespannt ist und von alleine nicht hält. Da zu diesem Preis die Reibe ein Sonderangebot darstellt, fünf Sterne dafür. Würde man den Schutz als Auffangbehälter verwenden, würde er nur lose halten und leicht abrutschen. Deswegen nur 4 Sterne bei den Anforderungen. Würde das gut halten, wären es fünf Sterne. Der allgemeine Eindruck wird durch die mässige Kunststoffqualität getrübt, leider. Darum nur 3 Sterne dafür. Wir haben ein ganzes Set gekauft und die Probleme sind bei allen Reiben gleich. Wie bereits geschrieben, geht es um die reine Funktion des Reibens, sind die Dinger das Beste, was es zu kaufen gibt! Die Erwartungshaltung in der Verarbeitung sollten allerdings nicht zu hoch sein.

Zeer vlijmscherpe rasp. Heb hem getest op van alles en hij heeft nergens moete mee. De mesjes zijn na 2 weken vollop gebruiken nog als nieuw terwijl je vaak met goedkopere producten al gebruikers sporen ziet.  Aanrader!
