With this in mind, Morakniv has developed a knife suitable for a wide range of tasks, such as food preparation, cutting rope and light woodwork around the camp.

Features of the Morakniv Risberg
The Morakniv Risberg series has been designed as a practical and accessible outdoor knife for everyday use. The knives are designed for general outdoor tasks such as food preparation, cutting rope and light woodwork. Thanks to their simple and functional design, the knives are suitable for both new and experienced outdoor enthusiasts.
The Risberg blade
The Risberg has a relatively thin blade, just 2 mm thick, which makes it cut easily. All the knives in the range feature a Scandi grind, which offers excellent control when carving wood and is easy to sharpen, even when you’re outdoors. The blades are available in both Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel and C100S carbon steel. 12C27 steel offers good corrosion resistance and requires little maintenance, whilst C100S carbon steel is known for its toughness and the ease with which it can be resharpened.
Functional handle
The handle of the Morakniv Risberg is made of sturdy polypropylene. This material is lightweight, durable and well-suited to heavy use in the great outdoors. The shape of the handle ensures a stable and comfortable grip.
The Risberg sheath
The Morakniv Risberg comes with a symmetrical plastic sheath. This means you can carry the knife on either side, left or right. As a result, you always have the knife within easy reach.
