How do you choose the best corkscrew?
The most important part of the corkscrew is the spiral you turn into the cork using the sharp tip. The spiral needs to be straight. If you turn in the cork at an angle chances are the cork will break as you remove it. Fortunately, the corkscrews and sommelier knives we sell are all enhanced with a rock-solid spiral made from steel. It's almost impossible to turn them into the cork at the wrong angle.
