The Demeyere Multiline 7 series is made for cooks who want to get a lot out of their pan, without cooking becoming heavy or awkward. You get the power of 7 layers, but in a pan that remains pleasantly easy to handle thanks to its relatively light weight. Ideal if you enjoy cooking in stainless steel and like working with direct control over temperature, crust formation and doneness. The pans have no non-stick coating. What makes Demeyere Multiline 7 special?

With Demeyere Multiline 7, the 7 layers of stainless steel and aluminium extend all the way to the rim. As a result, the pan heats up quickly and the heat is distributed evenly across the base and the sides. This gives you more stable frying and greater control, even when you have several ingredients in the pan at the same time.

The main difference between the Demeyere Proline 7 and Multiline 7 lies chiefly in ease of handling. The Multiline 7 series is lighter in weight and therefore feels more manoeuvrable. Thanks to the Silvinox finish, the stainless steel stays beautifully silver-white and the pan is easier to clean after use. The welded handles provide a smooth, hygienic interior without rivets.
