Benchmade Dacian knives

Prefer a fixed knife to a folding knife, but not keen on a big thing on your belt? That is what the Benchmade Dacian is for. Compact enough for daily use, strong enough to take out into the countryside.

Why choose the Benchmade Dacian

The blade has a spear-point shape with a high grind. That combination gives you a strong point and, at the same time, a thin edge, so the knife cuts rather than wedges. Benchmade chose CPM MagnaCut, a corrosion-resistant powder steel that stays sharp for a long time and that you can take near water without worry.

Deep finger grooves keep your hand in place in different grips, even if you turn the knife around for fine work. The size is deliberately kept small: under a jacket, the Dacian does not stand out. The plastic sheath with sturdy clip goes on your belt, in your pocket or over your waistband, with or without a belt. Within the series, the main differences are the micarta colours and the coating, from plain stonewashed to a dark cerakote layer. Functionally, they are much the same, it is purely a matter of what you like and how much you want the knife to stand out.

Got heavier work in mind? Then you end up with the fixed Benchmade Adamas.
